SHARON - Founder/Creative Director
Since discovering Ikigai, Sharon Elvira has shaped her life and work around its principles. For her, design is more than a profession; it is a source of joy, flow, and meaningful contribution. She feels grateful to have found a path where passion, skill, and purpose come together to create thoughtful, impactful work every day.
Sharon’s creative journey began with a love of drawing in childhood and grew into a passion for digital design in junior high. What started as a hobby became her career when she founded Inbloom Graphics in 2018. In 2019, she deepened her UI/UX knowledge at the Apple Developer Academy and discovered how much she values clean, sleek, and precise design, an approach that reflects her attention to detail and dedication to quality.
As Founder and Creative Director, Sharon fosters a culture of mutual respect and collaboration. She believes truly understanding a client’s brand is essential and aims to help clients see their vision clearly. Specializing in F&B branding and Instagram strategy, she combines aesthetic sensitivity with sharp business insight from her experience owning several F&B businesses in Bali. For Sharon, good design strikes a balance both visually and strategically and, above all, creates work that is truly remembered.
FRISCA - Co Founder/Art Director
Inspired by the warm sun and vast oceans of Bali, and now living ‘La Dolce Vita’ in Italy, Frisca co-founded Inbloom Graphics in 2019.
Here, she could let her creativity truly bloom and explore how to express the vibrancy of life through her simple yet profound work. She has prior experience working with Deus Ex Machina Bali, Island Brewing, Black Sand Brewery, and Finns Bali.
"Instead of words, I communicate with graphics, ideas, and colors." Her ability to balance creative thoughts with practical, doable steps—without losing the heart of the project—is what has earned Frisca her reputation as a reliable Art Director. Frisca cannot live without coffee and finds relief from the everyday hustle through hearty Chinese food, anything chocolate, and good old-fashioned water sports to unwind.
As the Co Founder/Art Director of Inbloom Graphics, Frisca is responsible for the visual style, design elements, and overall interpretation of ideas in each project, ensuring everything aligns with the concept and core values.
